Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Pre-Order Cloud (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides the Pre-Order Cloud application for hospitality pre-orders.

3. Subscriptions & Trials

Trials may be time-limited. Paid plans renew per the billing interval. You can manage or cancel in the billing portal (Stripe). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

5. Allergies & special category data

The app can capture allergy information (health data). You must have a lawful basis to collect it (typically explicit consent). We include consent checks for guests in the form; you remain responsible for ensuring it is valid and for verifying allergen information directly with the venue.

6. Retention & archiving

By default, events are automatically archived 7 days after the event date. Archived events are scheduled for deletion 100 days after archiving unless you toggle “Keep indefinitely”. You can delete earlier at any time.

7. Availability & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or any indirect or consequential losses.

We may suspend or terminate for material breaches or security concerns. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and, where appropriate, notify you.
