Guest Privacy Notice

This notice explains how guest information is used for a specific event.

Who is responsible?

The event organiser is the data controller for guest data. Pre-Order Cloud provides the platform as a data processor.

What data is collected?

• Name, menu selections, optional table/seat, and optional allergy information.

Legal basis

• Contract/legitimate interest: record pre-orders and seating.
• Explicit consent: allergy information (you can choose not to share allergy details; if you do, you’ll be asked to consent on the form).

How long?

Typically, 7 days after the event the organiser’s event is archived, and it is scheduled to be deleted 100 days later unless kept for compliance reasons.

Your rights

Contact the organiser to access, correct, or delete your entry. You may also contact Pre-Order Cloud at mat@preordercloud.com.
